Configuring Netscape

Use the following steps to configure Netscape Communicator for sending and receiving email through Aledo BroadBand's mail servers.
  

1. Open Netscape Communicator and click on Edit -> Preferences

Click on Mail & Groups to expand the list.

2. Under the Mail Server tree, enter your Aledo BroadBand email address.
3. Type "mail.aledobb.com" for both the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) and the Incoming Mail Server (POP3). Be sure to enable SMTP Authentication.

Click OK.

You are now ready to send and receive mail.

Repeat this process for any additional email accounts you may have.
